Candace Sydnor, C'99, is a graduate of the Jobs for Youth workshop program and works as a Submittal Assistant for OWP&P Architects. Juanita Henry, C'01, is a recent graduate from JFY's GED and workshop programs. She plans to attend Columbia College and study vocal performance and music business. While at JFY, she was actively involved with a drama group that portrayed the realities of teen violence, and enjoys mentoring and encouraging young people.

She obtained her first job through Jobs For Youth as an Input Operator with Northern Trust and stayed with that company for over 12 years! She currently is pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance and hopes to one day run her own business providing financial services.

Almena Knighten-El, C'00, currently works with JFY as a Job Developer. She graduated from JFY's GED and workshop programs last year and since has enrolled at Robert Morris College where she is studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and maintains a 4.0 grade point average!
