Small Table – The side table is often a piece of furniture that is shunned or forgotten when it comes time to revamp our home. It is true that its importance is less important than that of the couch for example. Round off the corners of the tray. For that, I use a MUG as a template. I trace the flare by tracking the edges of the MUG, then I cut with a jigsaw. We finish by sanding for regular rounding.
We then trace the 4 drill marks for the screws of the small table feet, 10cm from each edge, on the top of the plate (Face the most beautiful). The idea is then to have a depth gauge, on a 10 mm wood drill, to make a hole on each mark of a depth of 6 mm. These holes will accommodate the screws of the feet, and will then be closed by a wooden stopper so as to make them invisible.

Drill the 4 marks made. The cleat of 25 × 25 will be used to make the bars that will maintain the small table feet. They will be 4, in pairs of 2 facing each other, one pair being 15 cm away from the board, the other pair at 20 cm. You have to be precise in the measurement and the cut. I prefer in these cases to use a circular saw to have a clean and straight cut.
